A Fairy-tale Wedding
Last weekend we had the honour of working with Caricia and Kevin on their magical day. The couple celebrated their heritage, culture and love, and it was truly an pleasure to be a part of their celebration.
To set the scene for their very own fairy-tale film that the couple will treasure for many years together to come, the Maltese landscape was featured, such as the Coral Lagoon, Mellieha Bay and the Red Tower.
We spent the day before the wedding with Caricia and Kevin, to capture the excitement leading up to their ceremony. The beauty in their relationship was mirrored by Malta’s intricate history, with backdrops of Marsamxett Harbour, Mdina and Buskett accompanied by a beautiful letter that Caricia and Kevin wrote to one another. Both dressed as modern-day royalty against such picturesque settings, our wedding photographer and videographer had no trouble converying the magic between the bride and groom. Whether the shots were taken close-up or from afar, there is no doubting the love felt for one another.
We were lucky to be welcomed into the intimate moments between the couple and their families, which were a further homage to the lives they were about to build together. Our wedding videographer Carlo Zanetti captured the heart-warming moments of the bride walking alongside her grandmother and uncle James into the church, and her husband-to-be’s reaction upon her entrance. Seeing his future and his whole world walking towards him, Kevin’s reaction was clear. Vows were exchanged, whilst a wonderful four-legged special guest made their way to the bride and groom at the end of the ceremony.
We then turned attention to the perfect tribute to this storybook wedding – a Cinderella-themed cake to celebrate the moment when our princess finding her prince charming. The ceremony was a beautiful occasion. It was the combining of love and tradition, through the binding of these two families in holy matrimony. The videographers here at Tales of Love wish Caricia and Kevin nothing but happiness and health for their prosperous future together.
